Order your VOXI Free SIM card

Once you receive your free SIM card, and you are ready to activate it, simply head to the SIM activation section https://www.voxi.co.uk/activate/activate-free-sim. You will then need to type in the 10 digit SIM number that can be found on your SIM pack and on the 2nd and 3rd lines on the back of your VOXI SIM card, and simply choose the pay as you go plan of your choice.

Remember, you’ll need to be online to set up your VOXI account. You also need to be in the UK to start using your SIM.

Once you receive your free SIM card, you will simply have to activate it with the pay as you go SIM plan of your choice.

You need to be in UK to activate your Free SIM. However, if you’re going abroad, there’s no problem using your VOXI Free SIM as long as you have a European Roaming Pass, a Global Roaming Extra, or a credit balance on your account. You can check out this page to see which roaming option best suits your situation.

Your free SIM card is a black SIM card that will arrive without any monthly plan pre-loaded on it, you will therefore have to choose your monthly plan yourself when you activate. You can choose any of our monthly pay as you go SIM plans when you activate your free SIM.

If you have a PAC from your current provider, you can bring your number with you when ordering your VOXI SIM and therefore keep your phone number.

If you don’t have your PAC yet, you just need to text "PAC" to 65075. If you’re currently a Vodafone customer, check your options here.

Free SIM cards do not expire as they are not pre-connected. You can therefore activate them whenever you need, with the pay as you go SIM plan of your choice.
