How do I use Visual Voicemail?

Visual Voicemail gives you the ability to:

  • View your messages on your phone without having to call the voicemail service

  • Record and upload greetings

  • Delete messages from your handset

  • Forward messages (standard charges apply)

  • Save your messages

How do I check my Visual Voicemail messages?

  • Go to the home screen and select the

  • Tap the Voicemail icon

  • Your voicemails will display on this screen

How do I play my Visual Voicemail messages?

  • Choose the message you want to listen to from your Visual Voicemail page

  • Select the Play icon

How do I record a Visual Voicemail personal greeting?

  • Choose Greeting

  • Pick

  • Select Record, followed by Stop

  • Tap Save

How do I share and save my Visual Voicemail messages?

  • Select the message you want to share from the voicemail page

  • Tap the Share symbol (a box with an arrow pointing upwards)

  • Choose the method you want to use to share or save your message

How do I delete my Visual Voicemail messages?

  • Find the message you want to delete from your voicemail page

  • Select

How do I play Visual Voicemail on loudspeaker?

Select the speaker icon as you're listening to your message.

How do I call someone back on Visual Voicemail?

  • Choose the message from the number you want to call back

  • Select

Can I still dial 121 to pick up my voicemail?

Yes, you can still dial 121 to pick up your voicemails.

Can voicemail ring me to tell me I've received a message (Alert & Deliver)?

Unfortunately not. You will only get notifications to tell you when a voicemail has been left.

If you want Alert & Deliver notifications, you'll need to move back to your old voicemail settings. This will deactivate Visual Voicemail and move you back to SMS notifications.

Alert & Deliver will need to be reactivated using the steps above.

I'm not getting notifications for my Visual Voicemail?

To get notifications for your Visual Voicemail you need to be on the mobile network and have a network data connection. Visual Voicemail will not work when you're only connected to Wi-Fi.
