How do I get my PAC?

If you're an existing VOXI customer looking to take your number to another network, you can get your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) by texting PAC to 65075. You'll receive your code via text within 1 minute. You can also get your PAC from your online account. Just sign in and go to Leave VOXI, or call our dedicated PAC line on 08080 057 451

Once you ask us to send you your PAC, we'll do it straight away. Please note that you might reach your plan renewal date before completing the port out to your new network. If you're not ported out by the time you reach your plan renewal date, you'll be charged for the next 30 days of your plan.
