I have left VOXI but forgot to get a PAC

If you had:

One number on your account, start a chat with us to get your PAC
Multiple numbers on your account, give us a call on 08080 057 451 to get your PAC

If it's been over 30 days since you left, unfortunately we can't give you a PAC to keep your number.

Remember: it can take up to two working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) for your number to transfer once you give your PAC to your new provider.

If you give your PAC to your new provider before 5pm Monday - Friday, your number should transfer the next working day
If you give your PAC after 5pm, it can take two working days

You might experience loss of service on the day your number is transferred.
