If you have a Vodafone account with a VOXI account attached to it, when you open the My Vodafone app you'll be able to see the VOXI account details but you won't be able to make any changes to it.
To fully manage your VOXI account, you'll need to log in to My Account at voxi.co.uk to manage your child/dependant's VOXI plan and account.
