There's a problem with my Friends with Benefits referral - what's going on?

It can sometimes take a little while for our database to reflect your friends' payments - give us another day and check again.

If your referral is showing as cancelled, it could be down to a few things:

• You've changed your email address since you started the referral

• Your friend hasn't paid for their plan

• We've suspected fraud/abuse

If you think a referral has been cancelled in error, or it's still not showing after another day or so, get in touch so we can take a look.
