How do I set up a security PIN on voicemail?

To set up a security PIN, call 121 from your VOXI mobile.

Choose option 4, then option 2 and follow the instructions to set up your 4-digit PIN. We recommend changing your PIN regularly and avoiding sequences like 1111, 1234 or 4321.

Setting up the security PIN will keep your voicemail secure and you need it to access your voicemail outside the UK. You have to set up your security PIN before you go abroad otherwise you wont be able to access your voicemail.

If you enter your voicemail PIN wrong three times in a row, your voicemail will be locked as a precaution. To get your voicemail unlocked, get in touch
