How do I use my prepaid voucher?

When you're ready to activate your SIM and plan just head to our activation page and follow the instructions.

Your prepaid voucher number is a 12-digit number. It will be printed on the receipt given to you when you bought your VOXI SIM. If you ordered a VOXI SIM online (from somewhere other than VOXI.co.uk), it will be in the email sent to you.

Here's an example of how a printed voucher may look (this is just for illustration purposes - each retail partner's voucher may differ):
