How can I connect to WiFi on the London Underground?

As a VOXI customer, you can connect to Vodafone's WiFi network (for free!) at all London Underground stations.

  • The network's called VodafoneWiFi

  • If you have a device that can use WiFi and you bought it from us, it should connect automatically

What if I have problems connecting?

First of all, check that your WiFi is switched on (Vodafone have a handy guide if you need help with this).

If you're still having problems connecting:

  1. Go to your WiFi settings

  2. Choose the VodafoneWiFi

  3. Change the authentication method to AKA or EAP-AKA

  4. Turn on your auto-connect setting so that next time you'll join automatically

The WiFi doesn't cover trains or tunnels, so you'll only be able to connect in the stations.
