What is a VOXI prepaid voucher and how do they work?

If you buy a new VOXI SIM from one of our partner retailers (most places that provide ePay, Payzone or PayPoint services), you can choose to pay for the first month of your plan at the same time. The retailer will give you a prepaid voucher along with your SIM, which you can use to activate your plan.
Some important stuff to remember about prepaid vouchers:

• They expire 12 months after purchase

• They can only be used to pay for the first month of your plan

• We can't process returns on prepaid vouchers - if you no longer need your voucher, you'll need to speak to the retailer you purchased it from (returns are at their discretion)
