How can I return or exchange the phone I've bought from VOXI?

You'll need to make sure that you return everything you received with your phone, including headphones, charger and cable and any other accessories and that everything is boxed securely and protected, so that it doesn't get damaged. Please also make sure that you deactivate the Find My iPhone feature, if you've activated it.

Once we receive the phone, our engineers will check it for damage and your refund will be processed. Charges may apply to use the services until you your return your phone/SIM.

Once we've received your phone, we'll disconnect your physical SIM or eSIM from the network.

Before you send back your phone, delete your eSIM profile from it.

We'll send you an email so you can set up your eSIM on a different phone.

If you paid by debit/credit card, your refund will take up to 7 working days. 

If you paid using PayPal, your refund will show in your PayPal balance immediately. Refunds from PayPal to your linked payment method can take up to 10 working days.

A few other points to make you aware of:

• New customers must buy with a minimum £10 Plan.

• You can't return your phone at a Vodafone store

• If you've purchased your phone or accessories with PayPal Credit, you'll need to contact PayPal on 0800 368 7155 for the terms of financing
