What is an eSIM and how do I get one?

An eSIM is a digital SIM that's already embedded into a device, so you don't need a physical SIM. They're quicker to set up, easy to manage and entirely digital - unlike physical SIMs where you have to wait for the SIM to be delivered, you can access our network in as little as 10 minutes with an eSIM.

How can I get an eSIM?

First, check that you've got an eSIM-compatible device

If you're new to VOXI, just choose eSIM at the checkout when buying a plan.

If you're an existing VOXI customer, you can swap from a physical SIM to eSIM by visiting VOXI online - go to Settings > Manage my SIM, and follow the on-screen instructions to get started.

Is my phone eSIM compatible?

These days, most new devices have eSIMs built in - but some phones will still only take physical SIM cards. To check whether your phone will work with an eSIM, check our list of compatible devices

Can I use an eSIM and physical SIM in my phone? 

Whilst you can only have one SIM connected to your VOXI Mobile account, some devices allow you to have two separate active mobile numbers on the same device. For example, you may have one VOXI Mobile phone number using an eSIM and a Vodafone mobile number using a physical SIM in one device.
