If you know which network your phone's locked to, contact them and ask them to unlock it. Every network has a different policy on unlocking, including how much you'll pay and how long it takes.
If you're trying to unlock a phone you got from VOXI or Vodafone, it's probably already unlocked - but if you do need to get a Network Unlock Code, just fill in this form on Vodafone's website.
