Buying a refurbished phone has a lower carbon footprint* than buying a brand new one - reuse and give a phone a second life.
They come with a 14-day return period, a two-year warranty covering manufacturer faults and repairs, and they're VOXI Assured - this means they've had a 70-point health check to ensure they're in full working order, have been completely sanitised, and completely data wiped.
To reduce waste, we'll ship your chosen phone and charger cable in recyclable packaging - AC adapters and headphones aren't included.
We grade our refurbished phones' condition as Like New and Great.
Like New phones have no visible signs of wear on the casing or screen, while Great condition phones have minor signs of use (like light marks, or barely visible scratches).
