Do I need to have a VOXI SIM to purchase a phone from VOXI?

Yes, you need to have an active VOXI SIM plan to buy a phone from voxi.co.uk; but don't worry - if you don't already have one, you'll be asked to add a VOXI plan to your basket when you're buying your phone.

All VOXI plans are flexible 30-day plans with no contract, so if you decide that VOXI isn't for you anymore, you can opt out at any time. If you've bought a phone on voxi.co.uk using PayPal Credit to pay monthly, you can carry on paying this way, even when you've cancelled your VOXI plan.

Note: New customers must buy with a minimum £10 Plan. You can't partially return an order - if you purchase a SIM and handset together and want to return within your 14 day cooling off period, you'll need to return both. See our Returns Policy for more information.
