1. How do I redeem my free month?

When you select a plan, you’ll be asked to create a VOXI account and enter your voucher code to claim your free month. You’ll also be asked to add a payment method to your account so your plan can renew after your free month – but you can cancel anytime. Once you’ve inserted your SIM into your phone and switched it on, your 30 days will start and you’ll be ready to go.

2. How do I get a voucher code?

You should have received a code either from a promotional SIM pack, UCAS or UNiDAYS. If you don’t have one, sign into your UNiDAYS account and search for VOXI.

3. What happens after my free month?

After your free month, your plan will renew and the payment method on your account will be charged. You can keep track of your usage and renewal date by signing into your VOXI account, and you can also change, pause or cancel your plan anytime. If you do this before your plan renews, you won’t be charged.

4. Can I keep my number when I join VOXI?

You'll get a new number when you join VOXI - but if you want to keep your current number, you can have it transferred over easily. To do this, sign into your VOXI account and go to the 'transfer number' section. You'll be asked to enter your PAC code and choose a transfer date.

5. What does unlimited mean?

Unlimited means unlimited use in the UK. With Unlimited Social Media on all plans, you get unlimited use of these social apps and websites in the UK without eating your data: Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook Messenger. Anything else you do online, such as browsing websites, sending emails and using maps comes out of your general data. With Unlimited Music, you can stream your favourite music on the following music apps, without it eating into your data: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Napster, Deezer, TIDAL, Primordial radio. With Unlimited Video plans, you can stream as much as you like on YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, My5 all without eating your data. Subscriptions to these services are not included. To keep your Unlimited Social Media, Unlimited Music and Unlimited Video active, you must have some general data left. The same goes for any video or music passes you have. Making and receiving voice & video calls are not included on your Unlimited Social Media.

  1. The Feed Your Curious Quiz (the ‘Competition’) is run on dates and times set by VOXI. They are usually once a month, but this may vary.

3. Entries, selection & notification process

b. You must be over 18 and a UK resident to enter this Giveaway. To enter you must visit VOXI's Instagram account and follow the instructions on the specific 'January Blues' prize draw post. For a chance to win you must follow @voxi_uk, like the competition post found on VOXI's Instagram account (one comment per person), and comment on the post.

c. You can only enter once. You can win a maximum of one Giveaway (which includes all prizes listed above).

d. Your entry must not be inappropriate (for example, logos of other companies), offensive or illegal, in breach of another person's rights or in breach of Instagram rules or the rules of other applicable social media provider. We’ll disqualify such entries without notice.

e. One winner will be selected independently, at random and contacted via Instagram direct message within 5 days of the Closing Date. We will Instagram direct message the winner using the Instagram account of you used to entered on the social post. The direct message will come from @voxi_ukvia LADbible Group, our agency who facilitates the Giveaway. Within the same direct message via VOXI’s Instagram account you will also be asked to reply to the direct message via Instagram with your full name and email address and home address to send the items to. You will also be asked to provide identification (such as a passport or driver’s license) to confirm that you are over the age of 18. LADbible will manage the shipment of the Giveaway. Following this you will be made aware of when to expect your prizes once a courier has been arranged (see clause k below).

f. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of contact, you will forfeit the prize and we will pick another winner.

j. You do not need to be a current VOXI customer to enter this Giveaway.

4.Giveaway Exclusions

  • You can’t enter the Giveaway if you don't live in the UK, or you’re under 18 years old – If you are selected as a winner but don’t adhere to these exclusions, e.g. you are below 18 years old, we reserve the right to disqualify you and choose a new winner.

  • We don’t allow you to transfer your Giveaway to someone else and we won’t give you cash instead.

5. General terms

  • If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to exclude you from participating in the Giveaway.

  • VOXI reserves the right to replace the Giveaway with an alternative Giveaway of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond VOXI’s control make it necessary to do so.

  • The Giveaway is given on an "as is" basis and is not negotiable or transferable. By participating in PayPal’s £5 off a SIM with VOXI campaign (the "Programme"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms").

1. Offer Period. The Programme starts at 12:00 a.m Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) on 28 February 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. GMT on 25 April 2024 or until 20,000 (twenty thousand) Eligible Participants (defined below) successfully claim the Reward, whichever happens first (the “Offer Period”).

2. Redemption Period: Reward will expire fifteen (15) calendar days after the date the Reward is made available in the Eligible Participant's Valid Account (the “Redemption Period”).

3. Eligibility and overview. To be an eligible participant (an “Eligible Participant”), each participant must: (1) be eighteen (18) years of age or older; (2) be a resident in the United Kingdom (“UK”); (3) have an existing or new UK personal PayPal account in good standing with a valid payment method added (such as bank or card) (a “Valid Account”) during the Offer Period and Redemption Period; (4) be a new VOXI customer; and (5) see the corresponding marketing on the VOXI Website inviting participation in the Programme. The Programme is limited to the first 20,000 (twenty thousand) participants who successfully claim the Reward (as defined below) on a first-come, first-served basis. For the purposes of this paragraph, “good standing” shall mean the Eligible Participant is not in breach of the Terms and the User Agreement, and will continue to comply with the Terms and the User Agreementfor the duration of the Programme.

4. How to Qualify: To qualify for the Reward (as defined below), Eligible Participants must complete the following during the Offer Period: (1) see the corresponding marketing on the VOXI Website inviting participation in the Programme; (2) click through the link contained on the banner or webpage on the VOXI website; and (3) log into their PayPal account to save the Reward.

5. How to Redeem the Reward: Once the steps described in section 4 above are completed and verified, the Reward will be made available in the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account within approximately 3 (three) days or less. The Reward will be automatically applied when the Eligible Participant makes an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) on VOXI Website during the Redemption Period. Rewards must be used on VOXI Website within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after saving the Reward to your valid PayPal account.

6. Reward: The reward amount is £5 GBP (five pounds) (the “Reward”) off an Eligible Purchase (as defined below). Eligible Participants will also receive an email informing them when the Reward is available in their Valid Account. During the Offer Period, there is a limit of 1 (one) Reward per Valid Account. The Reward can only be redeemed on the VOXI Website. The Reward does not constitute electronic money, is not deemed part of your PayPal balance, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account. The Reward is separate and different to PayPal balance. Should the total purchase amount exceed the Reward value, then you must add a payment method to your Valid Account in order to fund any remaining balance and redeem the Reward. Any unspent reward must be used on VOXI Website during the Redemption Period.

7. Eligible Purchases. An “Eligible Purchase” means a purchase of £10 GBP (ten pounds) or more towards a SIM subscription made on the VOXI Website in GBP using a Valid Account during the Redemption Period. After successfully saving the Reward to their Valid Account, the Eligible Participant must make at least 1 (one) Eligible Purchase to qualify for this Programme and redeem the Reward. Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) sending/receiving money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments); (2) charitable donations; (3) purchases made using PayPal.me; (4) PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account; (5) in-store purchases or (6) transactions made in any other currency beyond GBP; and (7) any purchases made on sites other than the VOXI Website. If an Eligible Purchase is returned, refunded, results in a failed capture, or otherwise does not complete during the Offer Period, that Eligible Purchase will not qualify toward earning the Reward.

8. Receiving and using Rewards. A Valid Account must remain in good standing from the time of participation through Reward fulfilment, as reasonably determined in PayPal’s reasonable discretion. Subject to giving reasonable notice to the relevant Eligible Participant where possible, PayPal may provide an alternate Reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to limit, cancel, suspend or modify this Programme in part or in its entirety at any time. If we do so, we will provide you with reasonable notice. 1. How do I redeem my free month?

  5. Some use of the Unlimited Music apps may use up some of your data allowance. This may include third party adverts, apps or websites accessed through the Unlimited Music apps.

  6. You must have general purpose data to benefit from Unlimited Music.

Duration and Cancellation

  1. Free Unlimited Music will run for up to an initial six month period (the ‘Offer Period’).

  2. The Offer Period will start when you opt in to activate Free Unlimited Music.

  3. On the fifth month, you will receive an SMS within a reasonable timeframe before the end of the 6 months confirming that Free Unlimited Music is coming to an end. If you no longer wish to have access to Unlimited Music after month six, you will need to opt out before the end of the Offer Period by accessing the ‘My Account’ section of the VOXI website.

  4. If you do not opt out before the end of the Offer Period, you are agreeing to pay £5/month for Unlimited Music, which will begin immediately after the Offer Period has expired and will auto-renew until you opt out of Unlimited Music.

  5. If you wish to continue having access to Unlimited Music for £5 a month, you do not need to do anything at the end of the Offer Period; the £5 will be taken from your registered card at the same time as your monthly VOXI plan payment.

  6. You can opt out of Unlimited Music at any time by accessing ‘My Account’ on the VOXI website.

  7. If you opt out during your free Offer Period, you will immediately lose access to Free Unlimited Music and the remainder of your free trial. If you opt out but continue to use Unlimited Music apps, data to use these apps will come from your standard data.

  8. The Music Providers and/or VOXI don’t guarantee that all services, content or functionalities, accessible from the Unlimited Music apps, will be zero-rated.

  9. In the event any Unlimited Music app content or functionality cannot be zero-rated, such data will account towards your data usage allowance and will come out of your data allowance (and not charged by the Music Provider).

  10. The Music Providers and/or VOXI are not liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of data usage which is not zero-rated or is charged by VOXI.

Eligibility

  1. You must have chosen and paid for the first month of your VOXI plan to be eligible for Free Unlimited Music. If you end your VOXI plan, you will no longer be eligible to benefit from Free Unlimited Music, and existing access to Free Unlimited Music will immediately end.

  2. Free Unlimited Music is only open to UK residents and can only be used in the UK. When roaming in our Europe Zone with a European Roaming Pass, any usage of apps included Unlimited Music will be deducted from your plan’s data allowance and is subject to a 20GB fair usage limit per 30-day plan.

  3. Free Unlimited Music cannot be transferred to someone else.

  4. By accepting this offer and opting in, the customer is also accepting these Terms and Conditions, and the VOXI Terms and Conditions.

  1. Closing Date

    a. The Friends with Benefits competition (the ‘Competition’) will open at 00:01 on 1st September 2023 and close at 23:59 on 1st October 2023 (‘Closing Date’).

  2. Prize Draw Details

    a. There are a total of 3 different types of prizes in the form of 20 giveaways to be won.

  5. General

    1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.

    2. VOXI reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond VOXI’s control make it necessary to do so.

    3. The Prize is given on an “as is” basis and is not negotiable or transferable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOXI expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties or endorsements, whether express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to any warranty of quality, merchantability or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose, in respect of the Prize.

    4. The name of the winner will be made available on written request for 1 calendar month after the date on which the winner is announced. If you object to any or all of your name being published or made available, please contact us. In such circumstances, we may still be required to provide your name and accompanying details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

    5. We reserve the right as we deem fit to vary or change any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Such variation or change will be notified to you by posting the updated Terms and Conditions or in any other manner as we deem fit.

  6. Liability

    1. Insofar as is permitted by law, VOXI, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize and/or usage of the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of VOXI, our agents or distributors or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    2. The title in the Prize and any risk of loss or damage to the Prize will pass to the winner upon delivery of the Prize to such winner. VOXI is not liable for or obliged to replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize where such defect, loss or damage in respect of the Prize is not due to the fault and/or negligence of VOXI.

    3. VOXI accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry to the Prize Draw that is not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure.

Your agreement with us

Your agreement is with VOXI (trading under Vodafone Limited, registered in England under number 1471587) at Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. It is made up of these Terms, and the VOXI Pricing Guide. We also encourage you to take a look at our Acceptable Use Policy which also makes up your “Agreement” with us. You can find these documents at www.voxi.co.uk/terms-conditions.

You should also look at our Privacy Policy on how we use personal information and Cookie Policy at www.voxi.co.uk/terms-conditions.

  1. Services and coverage

    a. You agree to keep to this Agreement when you activate your SIM card. When you become a VOXI customer, you can choose which Plan you would like to use. Your Plan is the 30 day package of services you have chosen to receive, which is updated every so often. You can change or opt out of this Plan at any time, and this change will take place at the end of that 30 day Plan. If you opt out of your Plan and do not choose another Plan, you can still use your SIM card for phone calls and texts by paying for out of plan standard charges using your top up credit. Read the VOXI Pricing Guide for more info.

    b. As a customer, you can only have one VOXI account and one active VOXI SIM card per account. However, you can have other Vodafone products on the same account or on a separate Vodafone account. (e.g. MBB, Vodafone mobile plans.)

    c. We aim to provide you with the services at all times. We’ll provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, due to the nature of mobile technology, our services are not fault-free and are not available everywhere in the UK. Please check the predicted coverage in your area on our Network Coverage Checker. There are a number of reasons why you may find problems with the services, including moving home or work, weather conditions, damage to our network, the number of people using the network and so on. During busy periods on our network we may need to manage traffic to ensure everyone has access to our services. For more information on our traffic management process please see the Vodafone Traffic Management Policy. Please contact us if you experience a service issue and we’ll attempt to fix it.

    d. Problems with our services. If we have to interrupt our services for maintenance or because of a technical fault on our network, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the number of days you are without our services. This does not affect your entitlement to a refund when your agreement with us ends, as set out in the section “5.f. Refunds” below. If you are experiencing a materially degraded service for an unreasonable period of time, you can cancel the service at any time, please see section “5.a. If you want to end the Agreement” below. We’ll not be responsible for any loss of service due to something outside our reasonable control. To receive a partial refund or end the Agreement, you must report to us a severe disruption which we will assess against your typical usage history.

    e. We will use reasonable efforts to give you access to networks in other countries. We call this ‘roaming’. Overseas networks may be limited in quality and coverage. Any access to overseas networks will depend on the arrangements between us and the foreign operators. Please see the European Roaming Pass Terms and Conditions and Pricing Guide for the details of roaming charges.

  2. Using the services

    a. You are responsible for anyone who uses your mobile services, which are only for your personal non-commercial use.

    b. You must not use your mobile services for any purpose we believe is abusive, illegal, fraudulent, a nuisance or for criminal activities. For more information on using our services and restrictions please review our Acceptable Use Policy

    c. Excessive usage for unlimited data or calls. We reserve the right to suspend the service if we have reason to believe that the SIM card is being used for commercial purposes, fraudulently or is having an adverse impact / damaging our network in any way. The longest single call you can make is 3 hours.

    d. We will choose a number for you to use with your mobile device on the network. If you have an existing number, we will provide the opportunity for you to move it over to VOXI. However, we reserve the right to change your phone number if needed - if you have registered with us, we will let you know if this is the case.

    e. The phone number, SIM card and software in it does not belong to you and we are licensing it to you to use with the services only. We may change your SIM card or tell you to return it at the end of this Agreement.

  3. Payment

    a. Payment for your Plan is taken in advance: we ask that you register a payment method (e.g. debit, credit card) to pay for any recurring charges, or one time purchases (e.g. Extras). We will send a payment confirmation by email each time we take payment for your Plan or Extras. You will be granted a grace period of 2 days if your recurring payment for your Plan fails. If you fail to update your payment details, your Plan will be removed at the end of 2 days. Any other recurring products will be removed after initial payment failure.

    b. You need to top-up your account to be able to use any of the services that are not included in your Plan, for example, roaming outside of the United Kingdom, or if you want to use pay as you go services by unsubscribing from your Plan (for example for UK-only calls). We will credit your account once we have time to process the payment in line with the rules relating to the service or the Plan. Each time you use the services outside your Plan or Extras, it reduces the top-up credit you have bought.

  4. Losing your mobile device

    If your mobile device containing your VOXI SIM card is stolen, damaged, destroyed or lost, we do not have to give you any refund for any services that you have paid for in advance or for the cost of the mobile device. You must us ‘https://voxi.co.uk/contact-us’ as soon as possible so that we can suspend our services and stop someone else using your mobile. This does not affect your entitlement to a refund when your agreement with us ends, as set out in the section “5.f. Refunds” below. Your maximum liability for charges incurred up until you notify us will be as follows:

    • Notification within 24hrs:

    • Notification 24+hrs – 5days:

    • Notification 5 days+:

       

      all charges until you have reported to us.

  5. Suspension, disconnection and ending the Agreement

    a. Because you simply want to leave us. If you want to end the Agreement, because you simply want to leave us, you can cancel by contacting us. If you wish to port your number to another provider or switch to another provider without a port, it will be valid for 30 days from when it is issued to you. Your service will switch to the new provider within one working day of you providing your PAC or STAC to them. When you use your PAC or STAC your Agreement will terminate at the same time your number is ported or your service is switched. If you do not use a PAC or STAC within the 30-day period, your Agreement with VOXI will continue. Please note that if you end the Agreement or use a PAC or STAC you may lose the value of any remaining credits or allowances. This does not affect your entitlement to a refund when your agreement with us ends, as set out in the Refunds section below.

    b. If we want to suspend our services or end the Agreement. We may suspend our services (in whole or in part, including the provision of equipment if applicable) or end the Agreement if,

    i. you use the services in a detrimental way (see Acceptable Use Policy);

    ii. you choose not to use the service for 180 consecutive days. Using the service means purchasing a Plan, topping up or making any chargeable outbound activity;

    iii. you breach a fundamental obligation under the Agreement;

    iv. you use any of our services in a way that may damage or affect the operation of our network;

    v. you tell us that your mobile device containing your VOXI SIM card has been lost or stolen;

    vi. you become bankrupt or make an arrangement with creditors. We may need to suspend our services if asked to do so by regulators or if required by law;

    vii. we consider it necessary to safeguard the security and integrity of our network or to reduce the incidence of fraud.

    We may end the Agreement if we are permanently unable to provide our services to you.

    c. If we suspend the mobile services because you have chosen not to use them (as defined in 5b(ii) above) for 180 consecutive days we will send you a text notifying you that you should purchase a Plan or top up your account or make a chargeable outbound call (but not calls to 191), send a chargeable text or use your data within the next 90 days. If you then fail to do so within 90 days from the date of the text because you have not kept to this Agreement or not used the services for 270 consecutive days, we will disconnect your mobile services and you will lose any credit held on your account.

    d. If you want to end the Agreement, because you simply want to leave us, you can cancel by contacting us or request to port out at any time – please be aware that you may lose the value of any remaining credits or allowances. This does not affect your entitlement to a refund when your agreement with us ends, as set out in the section “5.f. Refunds” below.

    e. We will try to tell you when we suspend, restrict or end your use, but we do not have to.

    f. Refunds. Up to 60 days after your agreement with us ends, you may request a refund of any unused credit or wholly unused, unexpired bundles purchased on or after 17 December 2021 by contacting us by webchat. We will charge an administration fee of 5% (up to a maximum of £5) of the value of your unused credit purchased on or after 17 December 2021 (as applicable) and wholly unused, unexpired bundle(s) (as applicable) when processing your refund. We will not provide refunds for any partially used bundles or any expired bundles. This does not affect your statutory right to change your mind about your purchase within the 14 day cooling off period – please consult our Returns Policy for more information. Your right to a refund may be subject to you passing appropriate checks in place to combat financial crime.

  6. Changing charges or services

    a. We may change your Agreement, our services or charges at any time in order to do one or more of the following:

    (i) Change the way in which we provide services to you (for example, allowing you to call a new category of number with your phone plan);

    (ii) Change the structure of our services, charges or equipment (where applicable);

    (iii) Change the amount payable for part of the services, including without limitation additional services (for example, we may change the amount payable for certain types of calls if our international partners increase their costs);

    (iv) Remove and/or replace some or all of the equipment where applicable;

    (v) Place limits on the way you use our services (for example, if we suspect that you have committed an illegal act while using our services);

    (vi) Stop providing all or part of the service to you;

    (vii) Additional services. We may increase the charges for an optional additional service that does not form part of the main service. Charges for additional services may change from time to time and may be outside of our control. We’ll notify you of these changes unless the services are offered by a third party; or

    (viii) Out of bundle services (for example roaming, international calls). We may increase charges for out of bundle services at any time.

    b. We are also entitled to make the following changes to the Agreement, our services or charges (together, the “Permitted Changes”):

    (i) We may make administrative or technical changes;

    (ii) We may make changes that have no negative effect on your use of the service;

    (iii) We may make changes that are to your benefit;

    (iv) We may provide new features of the service to you;

    (v) We may maintain or improve the services we provide;

    (vi) We may clarify the Agreement so it is easier to understand; (vii) We may make changes required by:

    a. applicable laws;

    b. regulations;

    c. codes of practice;

    d. a regulator; or

    e. a court of competent jurisdiction;

    (viii) We may reflect a change in the way we organise and/or operate our business; or

    (ix) We may reorganise where certain terms of the Agreement are set out.

    c. We don’t know what will happen in the future, so we may need to change your Agreement, our services, or charges for a reason other than those specified above in part a) and b).

    d. If we make a change to the Agreement, the services or the charges which (i) has a negative impact on your use of the service (in our reasonable opinion) and (ii) is not a Permitted Change, as set out above, you will have a right to leave your Agreement. If that’s the case, we’ll usually give you at least 30 days’ notice but sometimes it might be less than that if we are prevented from giving you notice for legal or regulatory reasons. To exercise your right to leave, you’ll need to tell us within that 30-day period or sign into your account anytime, go to ‘plans’ and stop your plan. If you take no action within 30 days of us telling you about the changes you’ll be considered to have accepted those changes.

  7. What we do with your information and contacting us

    a. What do we do with your data? Our Privacy Policy sets out how we and our group companies may collect, use and share your personal information. You will find the latest Private Policy and Cookie Policy on our Website at www.voxi.co.uk/terms-conditions and you should check back every now and then for the latest version. For any queries, you can contact us at customerdataquery@vodafone.com

    b. Fraud prevention agencies. The personal information we collect from you will be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent fraud and money-laundering and to verify your identity. If fraud is detected, you could be refused certain services, finance or employment. Further details explaining how the information held by fraud prevention agencies may be used please visit Privacy Policy.

    c. Contact us and complaints. We'll send you notices by post, voicemail, text or email. If you need to speak to us or have a complaint, please refer to our help.voxi.co.uk page for details or you can simply send your complaint to VOXI at Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. If it is privacy related, please see Privacy Policy or you can contact us at customerdataquery@vodafone.com;

    d. If we can’t fix your issue, you may ask that the matter is referred to an independent ombudsman under our Customer Complaints Code or by contacting us.

  8. Other useful information

    a. Liability. We’ll not be legally responsible to you for any loss or damage that is not directly caused by us or which we could not reasonably expect at the time we entered into the Agreement with you, for example, loss of income, business, profit, savings and missed opportunities claims.

    b. Transferring the Agreement. We may transfer this Agreement to anyone at any time provided doing so does not adversely impact your rights under the Agreement. You’ll need to get our permission before transferring the Agreement and the person you are transferring to will need to pass our credit check.

    c. Your number. When you use your mobile device, your number may be shown to the device being contacted. Your number will always be shown if you contact 999 or 112.

VOXI plans are 30-day rolling plans. Includes unlimited calls, texts, MMS and an allowance of data to use in the UK. SIMs must be activated in the UK or roaming will not be enabled. Unlimited passes are for UK use only. From 23 June 2022 inclusive purchase a European Roaming Pass to use your plan’s inclusive allowance in our Europe Zone. Your inclusive allowance excludes any Unlimited Passes & is subject to a 20GB fair use limit.

Unlimited Social Media:

When roaming in our Europe Zone with a European Roaming Pass, any usage of apps included in Unlimited Social Media will be deducted from your plan’s data allowance and is subject to a fair use limit of 20GB per 30-day plan. If you’re using a service that masks your IP address, including but not limited to Apple Private Relay or a VPN, any use of data on selected social media apps & websites will not be zero-rated and will come out of your data allowance. This Acceptable Use Policy covers your usage obligations for your VOXI services and forms part of your agreement with us, along with your VOXI Terms and Conditions This policy sets out your usage obligations, what you can do to avoid breaching the policy and what happens if your usage is deemed to breach of the policy.

Roaming Fair Use Policy

All VOXI 30-day rolling plans include unlimited standard calls, unlimited standard texts, unlimited picture messages & an allowance of data for use in the UK. SIMs must be activated in the UK or roaming will not be enabled.

From 27 May 2022 inclusive, you must purchase a European Roaming Pass to use your plan’s inclusive allowance in our Europe Zone. Your inclusive allowance excludes all Unlimited Passes & is subject to a 20GB fair use limit per 30-day plan. European Roaming Passes are available to purchase in 1, 2, 8 & 15-day variants. Use of our services

You have an obligation to use our services for private, personal, and legitimate consumer purposes only. You must not use our services for business purposes. Failure to adhere to the policy may mean a loss of or restriction to your service. Below is a non-exhaustive list of your obligations and the types of activity which you should avoid. To carry out the activities would be a breach of this policy

You must not:

  • make calls, send texts, or send picture messages in relation to the marketing, promotion or administration of a business, group or organisation; or any non-private/non-personal purpose. For example, sending bulk texts or picture messages to a customer base, or a non-private/non-personal group distribution list; or making an excessive number of calls to an unusually large number of recipients, with the intention of promoting a business or service, or non-personal purpose would constitute use of our service for non-personal consumer use and would be in breach of this policy.

  • use our services to generate artificially inflated traffic or to send automated or unsolicited texts and/or picture messages.

  • send abnormally high volumes of texts and/or picture messages, or sending text and/or picture messages to an unusually large number of recipients.

  • Sending large volumes of texts and/or picture messages in a short space of time or sending SPAM texts and/or picture messages.

  • Use, or allow anyone else to use, our services for call forwarding services, concurrent calling, paging services, onward calling services or to contact numbers that pay a revenue share and you can’t resell our services.

  • Make unusually high volumes of calls; or making calls to earn financial revenue or other reward.

  • Establish, install or use a gateway device, application or SIM box (including devices tethered via cable, Bluetooth or wifi, to a computer or the internet, when used for making large volumes of calls or sending large volumes of texts and/or picture messages).

  • Use gateway devices, applications, or SIM boxes to send automated text and/or picture messages or make automated calls.

  • Use our services for fraudulent or criminal purposes or in breach of law including making calls, sending messages which include or posting or downloading content which is offensive, defamatory, indecent or a nuisance.

  • Use services to make nuisance calls, illegal file sharing or downloads or viewing illegal content.

  • Use your SIM outside of the UK for prolonged periods of time which don’t resemble reasonably usual consumer holiday patterns or travel behaviour. Further details on what we consider to be a ‘Permanent Roamer’ can be found here.

  • Use our roaming services outside of the UK (with one of our European Roaming Passes) more than would be reasonably expected. Use of our roaming services while in our Europe Zone destinations (excluding the UK) is intended for temporary, periodic travel such as holidays and short breaks. We will monitor and check your roaming use. If, during any 4 month period, you roam in our Europe Zone for 62 days or more and your roaming usage exceeds your usage within the UK, we may deem you to be a ‘Permanent Roamer’. If we decide that you are a ‘Permanent Roamer’, we will disable any active European Roaming Passes on your account and you will be charged on a per-usage basis (as set out below). We will send you a notification two weeks prior to charging you any additional peruse roaming charges, to allow you time to adjust your usage accordingly. These additional per-use roaming charges will be:

    • £0.03 per minute for calls

    • £0.01p per SMS

    • £3.13 per 1GB of data.

    If we consider you to be a ‘Permanent Roamer’ due to your use of our roaming services in our Zone A destinations (Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Norway and Iceland), you will be charged on a perusage basis (as set out above). We will send you a notification two weeks prior to charging you any additional per-use roaming charges, to allow you time to adjust your usage accordingly. You will still be able to receive texts from friends and relatives at no extra cost.

What happens if your usage falls outside this Acceptable Usage policy?

If we suspect you’re not behaving within our Acceptable Use policy, we reserve the right to impose further charges on you or disconnect your SIM card at any time.

We may also restrict access to just one part of your service (for instance, restrict your use of our text and/or picture message service if we believe you have sent texts and/or picture messages in breach of this policy). We will contact you if we are required to disconnect your service. Data: If you are using the service in a way which we believe is harmful to our network we may introduce certain traffic management measures which might reduce your speed, reduce access to your Plan, impose further charges on your account or we may disconnect your SIM. These Terms & Conditions are between the user of the chatbot (‘you, ‘your’) and VOXI, trading name of Vodafone Limited (‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’).

Our new VOXI Chatbot (the ‘chatbot’) is powered by Chat GPT technology and generative AI, which is programmed to provide helpful information and assistance based on the data available to it, as well as predefined algorithms. These terms relate to generative AI version of the chatbot only.

Talk to it about anything VOXI-related, our plans and passes, how everything works and how you can get the most out of our service. It’s designed to help you with general queries and assistance based on the input provided by you.

By using the chatbot, you accept these Terms & Conditions. You also accept the Website Terms & Conditions, available at voxi.co.uk/terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the chatbot.

How to Interact with the VOXI chatbot:

Start the Conversation: Initiate the conversation by typing your query. Our chatbot is designed to understand a wide range of topics, so feel free to ask about our plans, passes, network, or any questions you have on VOXI.

Liability & disclaimers

The chatbot is provided for informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide professional advice or replace human interaction; you must not rely on information provided by the chatbot to replace that of a VOXI agent.

Whilst we try to offer accurate and helpful responses, VOXI can’t guarantee the reliability, completeness, or up-to-date nature of the chatbot responses, nor suitability to your individual needs.

Please ensure that you check the accuracy of questions asked to the chatbot. You should exercise your own discretion and verify accuracy when interpreting the responses and making decisions based on the content. You must ensure that products purchased from the VOXI website as a result of information provided by the chatbot are suitable for your individual needs.

Where information is presented by the chatbot to the user which is either not related to VOXI, not publicly available on the VOXI website or not based on responses that have been pre-approved by VOXI (known as ’non-VOXI sourced information’), VOXI are not liable for errors or omissions in such non-VOXI sourced information, nor are they liable for actions that the customer takes as a result of the non-VOXI sourced information (including but not limited to purchasing decisions), nor are VOXI liable for losses or damages resulting from answers given by the chatbot which are based on non-VOXI sourced information, be they direct, indirect or consequential losses.

Limitations

The chatbot is a new ‘beta’ version and we are working to evolve and improve it. Because of the nature of generative AI, it is possible that information provided by the chatbot may not be 100% accurate, or may include inaccurate, inappropriate, harmful or misleading content, which we did not intend it to, and which does not represent VOXI’s views. Always use discretion to independently check answers before relying on it.

The chatbot will not provide advice relating to financially regulated products, financial promotions, or financial services. The chatbot cannot provide detailed information about PayPal credit to purchase handsets and will only give information regarding PayPal which is already publicly available. You will need to visit the handset page itself or the PayPal website to find out further information.

Our chatbot can’t access or solve queries related to your VOXI account. You’ll need to speak to an agent for this. It won’t ask for personal details, and there’s no need for you to share them, so please don’t share any personal information with the chatbot.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the chatbot, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by VOXI.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on chatbot information which has been provided by VOXI as a source.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the chatbot, content and services for personal, non-commercial purposes and subject to your compliance with these terms. You may copy content in an unchanged form for private use if and to the extent that is permitted by the copyright owner. You’re not entitled in respect of any content to allow third parties to access it unless and to the extent expressly permitted; or to change the chatbot in any other way.

General

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms. Where this is to your disadvantage, we will notify you. Your continued use of the chatbot after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse you the right to use the chatbot if you are acting in a fraudulent way, or in a way which is not in line with applicable laws or these terms.

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and you and we both consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

VOXI: Friends with Benefits (FWB) - Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is open to all UK residents. No third-party entries or bulk entries are allowed.

  2. How does it work?

    For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “You” means the “Referrer” or VOXI customer sending the FWB link to their friend for referral and “Your friend” means the “Referee” or person who receives the FWB link from the Referrer.
    Referrer Journey:
    Day 1:

    You sign up to VOXI. At this point, you will have chosen your VOXI plan and paid to use your VOXI plan for the next 30 days. When you sign up to VOXI, a unique referral link for Friends with Benefits (FWB) will be generated for you. We’ll share this link with you via email and you can also access it anytime from your online VOXI account. You can use this link to refer VOXI to your friends. If they successfully sign up to VOXI using your referral link and you both remain VOXI customers for at least two months or make two consecutive monthly payments, we’ll give you the choice of an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, Just Eat Gift Card or cash via PayPal (‘Reward’). The value of the Reward will depend on the plan your friend chooses. You can share your referral link with your friend, via social media or any other manner you want to.

    When your friend uses your FWB referral link to become a VOXI customer, you will receive an email from VOXI confirming that they have now joined.

    Day 31:

    It is now time for you to pay your next 30 days’ bill. Once you pay, you will be eligible to claim your choice of Reward after your friend has made their second monthly payment. Referee Journey

    Your friend is now a VOXI customer. They will now have their own referral link and can refer friends to VOXI, following the same process as you and become a referrer.

    Day 31:

    It is now time for your friend to pay their next 30 days’ bill. Once your friend pays, they will be eligible to claim their choice of Reward as long you have also paid.

  3. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entries. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary to verify the eligibility of an entry. Reward may be withheld until we are satisfied with the verification. We reserve the right not to give Reward for a successful referral if we believe that the referral is not legitimate, including but not limited to users referring themselves, multiple user referrals, returned orders, cancellations and orders placed under the minimum spend.

  4. We reserve the right to substitute any Reward for an alternative of similar value. Your Reward is not transferable.

Your status

If you’re an individual who’s placing an order, you must be a resident in the UK, to purchase any products or services from us.

Your order

When you order products and services from this site, we treat this as an offer from you to purchase such products and services. We may refuse to accept such orders for any number of reasons - such as a failure to meet credit check criteria, unavailability of products or services, product, or pricing errors.

On receipt of your order, we’ll send you an email describing the products and services you’ve ordered. These communications confirm we’ve received your order, but don’t represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We’re not legally obliged to provide the products and services to you during the offer process (before the contract is completed). The contract between you and us will only be completed when we dispatch the products to you. Any products or services on the same order which haven’t been dispatched to you don’t form part of that contract. For products purchased online and delivered to a Vodafone retail store (where the option to collect from a Vodafone retail store is available), the point of dispatch will be when you collect your product from the Vodafone retail store.

Price and payment

Prices for VOXI services are inclusive of VAT, if VAT applies. This VAT is remitted to HMRC. VOXI is a Consumer proposition for non-business use. As VAT invoices are only legally required to be issued to VAT registered business customers, Vodafone Ltd does not issue VAT invoices to VOXI customers.

Despite our efforts, sometimes information, discounts, promotions, e-vouchers and prices on this site may be incorrect. However, we do try to check these as part of our order processing - and if we spot an error, we’ll contact you.

If you’re purchasing products or services outright, payment will be debited from your card at the point of dispatch of the products or provision of the services to you. Availability and delivery

How will my order be delivered?

We will deliver your order to the address specified on the order within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please check your delivery address carefully, as we can’t change the delivery address after you have placed your order.

If you have ordered a device or any other product costing less than £60, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail standard delivery at no additional cost.

If you have ordered a device or any other product costing £60 or more, your order will be delivered by DPD standard delivery at no additional cost:

  • order before 10pm on weekdays and your order will be delivered by DPD the next working day.

  • order before 10pm on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday and your order will be delivered by DPD two working days later.

  • during holiday and other busy periods deliveries may take a little longer

  • a signature will be required on delivery

Right to return a product and cancel a service.

Our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind, this means you can cancel and return your order within 14 days from when you receive it, whatever the reason.

  • Loss or damage that’s not directly caused by us, or which we couldn’t reasonably expect at the time we entered into the agreement with you or because of something outside of our reasonable control.

General

The terms of this agreement won’t affect any legal rights you may have under any law, and which we can’t exclude. We’ll send you notices by email, post, text, voicemail, or other form of electronic message. Please tell us about any changes to your contact details so we can contact you in relation to your order or use of our services. We may update these terms from time to time, so please check the then-current version before you place your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you (and we) agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

If you’ve ordered a product (mobile device, accessory or any similar product) and/or a 30-day package of services (“Plan”) through VOXI, this policy tells you:

  • How to return a product and/or cancel your Plan if a) you’ve changed your mind, or b) if your product is faulty or damaged

  • What to do if you’ve damaged a product, or forgotten to disable a security feature

  • How to let us know if a product is faulty

  • For information on how your order will be delivered please see our VOXI buying online terms

We have set out below the main reasons you may wish to return a product or cancel a Plan, so please read these carefully and follow the returns process that you feel applies to you.

1. How to return a product or cancel a Plan if you have changed your mind

You have the right to return a Product and cancel a Plan, no later than 14 days after the day on which you received your product or the Plan commenced ( “Returns Period” ). This applies to all products and Plans except the following:

  • Services that you have already used, for example, if you have activated your Plan and made calls, sent texts or used data, charges will apply for use of the service up to the point that you cancel your Plan, although you’ll be able to get a refund for any amount that you haven’t used on a pro rata basis

  • Digital products and unsealed software such as music and games which have been unsealed, downloaded or used (unless the products are faulty, see How to return a product if it is faulty section below)

If you have purchased a product through PayPal Credit, please refer to PayPal Credit Customer Services on 0800 368 7155 for the terms of financing.

2. What steps do I need to take to return a Product or cancel a Plan?

  1. To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you’ll need to tell us that you want to return your product and/or service. To do this simply contact us.

  2. You’ll need to return the product (such as mobile devices, accessories or similar product) that we’ve supplied you.

When you request to return a product we will either send you a pre-paid envelope, which will arrive 2-5 days after you’ve contacted us, or a returns label by email which you can print off yourself. You must put all the products that came with your order into the pre-paid envelope and send it back to us. If you’ve received a returns label by email, please print the label and follow the instructions detailed on it.Please make sure that all the products that you are returning are protected securely. We’ll complete your returns request and, if you’ve requested to cancel your Plan as well, we’ll cancel your plan and refund any amount that you haven’t used on a pro rata basis.If you purchased a product in a Vodafone store, you can pop into your nearest Vodafone store with the product and proof of purchase, and our retail advisers will be able to help you.All returned products must be in a like-new condition (this also includes, where applicable, the mobile device, charger, headphones, battery, instructions, and other products that came with your order). You must also return any other free or promotional products that you received with you order (for example, free earphones, phone cases, etc.). We’ll accept fair wear and tear. If any free or promotional products are missing, we reserve the right to apply a charge to cover our costs.Like-new condition means:

  • The product must be fully functional

  • There must be no damage such as cracks, chips or visible signs of wear and tear that isn’t reasonable for the age of the product

  • Mobile devices must have working screens and must not be registered as lost or stolen

  • If an iOS device, has the ‘Find my iPhone’ feature disabled (See below)

3. How do I disable a product’s security feature before I return it?

You must remove any security and other protective features (such as Find my iPhone) that prevent us from accessing any product.If an Apple mobile device is running iOS 7 or later, we won’t be able to give you a refund unless you’ve deactivated its ‘Find my iPhone’ feature. If you return a device with the feature activated, you will be charged and invoiced for the full amount of the device. 4. What do I have to pay if I return within the Returns Period?

If you return your order before the end of the Returns Period and we’ve started to provide you with any of your Plan’s services, you may lose any offers or discounts that may have been applied to other services you’ve decided to keep. In addition, you’ll need to pay for:

  • The services that you have chosen to receive as part of your Plan (including any extras and/or add on services) on a pro rata basis; and

  • Any use of the services not covered by your Plan (international calls, roaming, premium rate calls, for example), for the period up to the date your service is disconnected. These charges are available on our charges guide.

If your order was delivered to you, we’ll also refund the standard postage costs, if applicable, that you paid for delivery of the order.It’s your responsibility to ensure that you don’t continue to use the services that you receive as part of your Plan once you’ve notified us of your cancellation. If you continue to use the services once you’ve notified us, you’ll be charged.

5. What do I have to pay if I return after the Returns Period?

It’s not possible to return any products that you have ordered after the Returns Period unless faulty (see below), but you can cancel your Plan at any time.

6. What do I do if I want to exchange my product with another one?

We don’t offer an option to exchange a product once ordered. If you do change your mind and you want to exchange a product, you can follow our returns process above; returning the original product ordered (within 14 days from the day you receive the product) for a refund and then re-ordering a new product.

7. How to return a product if it is faulty

If a Product develops a fault, please get in touch within the timeframes below, as we’ll need test the Product for you to confirm the fault.If a Product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we’ll simply exchange it for a brand new one or you can return the Product and get a full refund as set out above.If a Product develops a fault after 30 days of purchase, we’ll try and repair the Product for you, otherwise we will replace it. If it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, you won’t be charged for this.Please note that damage to products isn’t covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If it’s damaged rather than faulty, we’ll let you know how much the repair or replacement will cost.

8. Your rights

WiFi Calling

How it works

  1. VOXI Wi-Fi Calling ('Wi-Fi Calling') is an integrated service that allows you to make and receive voice calls over a wireless internet connection such as your home broadband, office broadband or public Wi-Fi. This should help you to make voice calls in areas with low network coverage or no mobile signal.

  2. By using Wi-Fi Calling you agree to accept these Terms. If you don't agree with these terms please don't use the service. Please see our FAQs for further details on how to enable Wi-Fi Calling on your device.

  3. Your mobile phone will either have in-built settings to enable voice calls over Wi-Fi or you'll receive a notification from its manufacturer about a software update. This will update the Settings on your mobile phone to include a Wi-Fi Calling option.

  4. If you're a VOXI customer and eligible for the service, we'll contact you. You'll need to connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network and turn on Wi-Fi Calling in your phones settings. Once connected, your phone will automatically connect to a Wi-Fi network and allow Wi-Fi Calling. You'll see 'Vodafone Wi-Fi' or an icon on your mobile phone screen. You should then be able to make voice calls over Wi-Fi.

  5. Emergency services: Please note that if you make a 999 call when using Wi-Fi Calling, your phone will attempt to make that call using a normal mobile network. If there's no mobile network available, the call will be routed over Wi-Fi and the emergency services won't be able to identify your location automatically.

Who can get Wi-Fi Calling?

  1. This is available to all VOXI customers. You must have an eligible mobile phone and good access to a wireless internet connection.

  2. You must be 18 years old or over, or have permission from your parent or guardian, to enter into these terms.

Charges

  1. Any voice calls made with Wi-Fi Calling will use your usual UK bundle allowances and should be used in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. For details on our pricing you can view our pricing guide here.

  2. Voice calls over Wi-Fi use a wireless internet connection, so in addition to the standard call charges mentioned in our pricing guide, you'll also use data of the wireless network you're connected to. This means you remain liable for any data charges incurred for this usage.

Roaming

  1. The use of Wi-Fi Calling whilst roaming is prohibited and is not supported. However, in certain circumstances it may be possible to enable Wi-Fi Calling whilst abroad and where used additional charges will apply.

  2. If you make calls over Wi-Fi to a mobile or landline number within the country you're roaming in, your call will be charged at our standard international rates and will be treated as a call from the UK to an international number.

Ending or changing Wi-Fi Calling

  1. You can deactivate the Wi-Fi Calling option in your Settings

  2. We may suspend, end or change Wi-Fi Calling for any reason, including where repair or maintenance work is needed. We can withdraw Wi-Fi Calling, but will provide at least 30 days' notice if we do so.

Please be aware

  1. We'll provide this service using reasonable skill and care but our ability to provide Wi-Fi Calling is dependent upon the Wi-Fi network, as well as the general availability of the public telecommunications network. You acknowledge that there are factors outside of our control which will limit our ability to provide this service to you.

  2. We also cannot guarantee specific levels of performance and the call quality will depend on the number of other devices connected to the wireless internet connection.

  3. Please note that calls made over Wi-Fi will be disconnected if the Wi-Fi signal is no longer available and you'll need to redial to continue with your call through our normal mobile network.

  4. We reserve the right to block communications over Wi-Fi networks, for example, in order to prevent fraud where required by court order.

General terms

  1. You must tell us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your mobile phone. We won't be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorised use of your account. Also, we won't be responsible for any loss or damage that we or you couldn't reasonably expect at the time you first began to use Wi-Fi Calling which is out of our control.

  2. As a VOXI customer, use of Wi-Fi Calling is subject to these terms, our Airtime Conditions and Price Plan Charges Guide.   3. Who are we?

European Roaming Passes are available to VOXI customers who have an active VOXI plan.

What is the European Roaming Pass?

A European Roaming Pass gives you the ability to use your plan’s standard minutes, standard text/picture messages and data allowance when roaming in our Europe Zone. A full list of the countries in our Europe Zone can be found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions.All VOXI plans are subject to a 20GB per 30-day plan fair use limit when roaming in our Europe Zone. For example, if your VOXI plan includes 25GB of data a month, you can use up to 20GB of data a month when roaming in our Europe Zone without additional charges. If you reach the 20GB limit, we will give you the chance to purchase one of our Data Extras so that you can continue roaming in our Europe Zone. How it works

  1. A customer can purchase a European Roaming Pass in My Account, via https://www.voxi.co.uk/account.

  2. The European Roaming Pass will activate immediately on purchase. If you purchase a European Roaming Pass before you arrive in one of the countries in our Europe Zone, please note that your European Roaming Pass will be active from the date of purchase rather than the date of arrival. However, your data allowance in our Europe Zone will only begin to be used once you have arrived in one of the countries in our Europe Zone and begun roaming.

  3. The European Roaming Pass will not automatically renew; it is a one-off purchase.

  4. The European Roaming Pass will expire after 1, 2, 8 or 15 days (depending on which European Roaming Pass you purchased), or when a customer has used the amount of data included in their VOXI plan or has hit the 20GB fair use limit for their 30-day VOXI plan (whichever is less). We will notify you once your European Roaming Pass has expired and how you can purchase another one (if needed).

  5. You can only use one European Roaming Pass at a time.

  6. If you use all of the data included in your plan or hit the 20GB per 30-day plan limit (whichever is less) whilst roaming in our Europe Zone, you can either connect to Wi-Fi or buy one of our Data Extras through your online account to go with your active European Roaming Pass. We will notify you when you are close to using all of the data included in your VOXI plan or hitting the 20GB per 30-day plan limit (whichever is less).   7. A customer can view any remaining balance of their VOXI plan and any active European Roaming Passes in My Account.

  8. You do not need to purchase a European Roaming Pass to use your plan’s inclusive allowance if you are roaming in ​Zone A.

  1. The minutes, texts and picture messages included in the European Roaming Pass are for use within our Europe Zone and/or in communications to the UK from one of the countries in our Europe Zone. VOXI Global Roaming Extras Terms and Conditions

Who’s eligible?

  1. Global Roaming Extras are available to VOXI customers who have an active VOXI plan.

What is Global Roaming Extras?

Global Roaming Extras consists of two types as below:

  • 8 day Global Roaming Extra: 100 min, 100 texts, 2GB data. Available for £15.

  • 15 day Global Roaming Extra: 200 min, 200 texts, 4GB data. Available for £25.

How it works

  1. A customer can get a Global Roaming Extra in My Account, via https://www.voxi.co.uk/account.

  2. The Global Roaming Extra will activate immediately when the customer purchases it, however the allowances can only be used in the Eligible Countries (see below for full list of Eligible Countries).

  3. The Global Roaming Extra will not automatically renew, it is a one off purchase.

  4. The Global Roaming Extra will expire either after 8 or 15 days (depending on type of Global Roaming Extra), or when a customer exhausts all allowances. After it expires, the customer can purchase another one if needed.

  5. If the customer wants to purchase another Global Roaming Extra before the existing one expires, the customer will lose any unused minutes, texts or data from the previous Global Roaming Extra.

  6. Only one Global Roaming Extra can be used at a time. Any unused minutes, texts and data will not carry over when the Global Roaming Extra expires.

  7. If the customer exceeds the Global Roaming Extra minutes, text or data, any further usage will be charged at the standard Global roaming price plan rate. Please see the VOXI Terms & Conditions for details.

  8. A customer can view any remaining balance in My Account, via https://www.voxi.co.uk/account.

  1. The minutes and texts included in a Global Roaming Extra are for use within the Eligible Countries and/or to the UK from Eligible Countries. Calls or texts to non-Eligible Countries will be charged at VOXI’s standard Global roaming price plan rate.

  1. These terms and conditions set out the agreement between you ('you', 'the customer' or 'your') and VOXI, trading under Vodafone Limited ('us', 'we' or 'our'). For VOXI customers, the Vodafone Wi-Fi London Underground service is an Additional Service, which does not form part of your main service, as defined in your VOXI 30-day plan Terms and Conditions and pricing guide, available at voxi.co.uk/terms.

  2. If you’re already a VOXI customer: These terms apply in addition to the terms of the other services that you already take from us, including without limitation your 30-day plan Terms and Conditions, and pricing guide.

  3. These terms and conditions will form part of your VOXI customer contract once you are connected to the Vodafone Wi-Fi London Underground service.

  4. VOXI will process the information you provide for the purposes of providing you with our product or service, improving our service, marketing and tailoring our services to you in accordance with your preferences, and as a part of our credit and vetting process when you make a purchase in store. For more information on how VOXI processes personal information, how long we keep it, who we share it with, your data subject rights and how to contact us, please see our Privacy Policy at www.voxi.co.uk/privacy-policy.

  5. You must comply with our Traffic Management Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy to use the service so that we can take measures to help us prevent fraud and to ensure that excessive use of the services by some users does not prevent other users of the service from enjoying the services. You shall ensure that you use the services in a reasonable manner and do not abuse the services. You must, at all times, ensure that the way you use the services does not break the law or the rights of any other person. If we reasonably believe that your device, or a device that has been cloned without your knowledge or consent, breaches these terms or that you or your cloned device has misused the service in any way, we may take immediate action to deny you access to the service without any further notice to you. For more information, please see your 30-day plan Terms and Conditions and pricing guide, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Traffic Management Policy at voxi.co.uk/terms.

  6. The service is available to active VOXI customers. You are an active VOXI customer if you registered your payment card and you have a 30-day rolling plan (which you have not opted out of).

  7. The service provided to you is the ability to access the internet and receive data through your compatible device using wireless technology available at/ in London Underground stations. We cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free and/or continuously available.

  8. The service will be available in selected London Underground stations. We may add or remove stations from time to time, so please ensure you regularly check the station list.

  9. For details on how to get the service, please go to the service page which can be found at the service starts when you get connected to the London Underground Wi-Fi.

  10. Access to the services is a discretionary benefit included as part of your 30-day rolling plant with us and may be withdrawn by VOXI at any time without notice to you. The service will be available until such time as your Wi-Fi connection is lost or until such time that you disconnect from the service. You will not be able to access the service if you do not have an active 30-day plan, or if you have opted out of your plan. Clause 6 above also applies.

  11. The service is only available on compatible WiFi-enabled devices that support wireless standard 802.11g, so please check your device documentation for details. Please make sure your device meets the minimum requirements and can access the service safely. You are responsible for ensuring that any equipment you use to access the service meets the minimum requirements and is suitable for use with the service and is adequately protected against viruses.

  12. Due to the nature of the service, it’s impossible to provide a fault-free service all of the time. Sometimes the service may be affected by a large number of simultaneous users, geographic, atmospheric or other conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

  13. Liability to You: Our liability to you in respect of the Vodafone WiFi London Underground service is limited as set out in these terms. We will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), breach of statutory or otherwise for: a) any direct loss; (b) any loss of profit, revenue, time, anticipated savings or profit or revenue, opportunity, use, business, wasted expenditure; (c) loss arising from disclosure of confidential information; (d) any loss arising from or in connection with the use of the service or inability to use or access the service that may arise in relation to this agreement whether or not we were advised in advance of the possibility of such loss or damage; e) any indirect loss or any loss which is not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of negligence or breach of these terms and conditions (including loss of profits, business, revenue, contracts or anticipated savings, wasted expenses or any other purely financial losses); f) lost or destroyed data or software; or e) any business loss (including loss of profits, business, revenue, contracts or anticipated savings, wasted expenses or any other purely financial losses) even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or we had been advised of the possibility of you incurring such loss.

  14. We will not be liable to you for the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose or legality of any information accessed, received or transmitted using the service, or for transmitting or receiving, or failure to transmit or receive, any material through the service.

  15. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability which cannot be excluded by applicable law, including without limitation liability for fraud and death or personal injury caused by a party’s negligence.

  16. This agreement will be governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.


VOXI: Student Brand Ambassador Referral - Terms and Conditions – February 2024

General terms

  1. Participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”).

  2. These Terms and Conditions relate to the Student Brand Ambassador (‘Ambassador and/or Referrer’) referral programme, whereby you have been given a unique code by the Ambassador, giving you access to one 30-day VOXI plan for free (excluding Unlimited data plans) (“one month free”) and the chance to receive an Amazon.co.uk, PayPal Cash or Just Eat gift voucher (the ‘Reward’) if you stay with VOXI for at least two months (together the “Offer”). If you remain with VOXI for at least two months, the Ambassador who referred you will also receive the same Reward.

  3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions “you” also means the “Referee” (the person who has receive the code from the Ambassador).

  4. The Offer is open to all UK residents. No third-party entries or bulk entries are allowed.

  5. To benefit from both the one month free and the Reward, you’ll need to visit VOXI via the unique referral weblink provided by the Ambassador, and also enter the unique code (supplied to you by the Ambassador, usually on a leaflet) at checkout. There are separate terms below for both one month free and the referral gift vouchers Reward.

  6. Important: You will need to set up a VOXI account and enter your bank details to purchase a plan (including if you are receiving one month free). After your free first plan expires at the end of the first 30 days, the plan will renew at the current price unless cancelled or paused, and will be taken from your registered payment method.

  7. You must have received your unique code and link first before participating in the Offer. Each link/code relates to a different Referrer.

  8. You and the Referrer must claim your Reward within 90 days of the second payment being made and you must still be a VOXI customer at the time of claiming the Reward.

Gift voucher terms

Referee journey to receive Reward

Day 1:

You sign up to VOXI. At this point, you will have chosen your VOXI plan and paid to use your VOXI plan for the next 30 days. When you sign up to VOXI, you will need to access VOXI via the unique referral link provided to you by the Ambassador (to qualify for a Reward) and input the unique 1st month free code contained on the VOXI leaflet (for one month free) given by the Ambassador. To benefit from both one month free and the referral Reward, you must do both steps. If you successfully sign up to VOXI using your referral link and you remain a VOXI customer for at least two months or make two consecutive monthly payments (this can include your 1st month free code), we’ll give both you and your Referrer the choice of an Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, Just Eat Gift Card or cash via PayPal. The value of the Reward will depend on the plan You choose. You will both receive the same value of Reward.

Day 31:

It is now time for you to pay your next 30 days’ plan. Once you pay, you will be eligible to claim your choice of Reward after you have made your second monthly payment. You must be a VOXI customer at the time of claiming your Reward.

Referrer Journey

Day 1:

The Referee is now a VOXI customer.

Day 31:

It is now time for the Referee to pay their next 30 days’ plan. Once your Referee pays, both of you will be eligible to claim your choice of Reward. Your Referee must be a VOXI customer at the time you both claim.

  1. Once the Referee has remained customers for 2 months, you will both get your choice of Amazon.co.uk, PayPal or Just Eat Reward emailed to you.

  2. The value of the Reward will be determined in a tiered approach, where the value of your Referee VOXI plan will match the value of your choice of Reward. For example, if your referee is on a £15 VOXI plan, you will both receive the choice of a £15 Reward.

  3. The value of the Reward can change where the Referee changes VOXI plan before their second payment and you will both receive the value with the lower amount of their two plans. For example, if they join on the £20 plan on Day 1 and move to the £10 plan before their 2nd payment on day 31, you will both receive the choice in Reward of a £10 Gift Card.

  4. We reserve the right to substitute any Reward for an alternative of similar value.

  5. Your Reward is not transferable.

  6. Amazon.co.uk, Just Eat or PayPal are not sponsors of this promotion.

Student one month free terms

  1. When you select a plan, you’ll be asked to create a VOXI account and enter your exclusive voucher code to claim your free month. You’ll also be asked to add a payment method to your account so your plan can renew after your free month – but you can cancel anytime. Once you’ve inserted your SIM into your phone and switched it on, your 30 days will start and you’ll be ready to go.

  2. You should have received a code from the Ambassador, usually contained within a leaflet.

  3. After your free month, your plan will renew and the payment method on your account will be charged. You can keep track of your usage and renewal date by signing into your VOXI account, and you can also change, pause or cancel your plan anytime. If you do this before your plan renews, you won’t be charged.

  4. You'll get a new number when you join VOXI - but if you want to keep your current number, you can have it transferred over easily. To do this, sign into your VOXI account and go to the 'transfer number' section. You'll be asked to enter your PAC code and choose a transfer date.

  5. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the operation of the Offer, we reserve the right to end or suspend the Offer and amend these terms & conditions. We will notify you in a timely manner.
