How long does VOXI For Now last?
You’ll get all this for six months from the day your VOXI For Now plan starts. After six months, we’ll switch you over to our standard £10 a month plan and you’ll still have access to Unlimited Social Media as well as Unlimited calls, texts and flexibility to change, pause, or cancel at anytime.
Can I access VOXI For Now if I am new to VOXI?
Yes, the plan is offered to new and existing VOXI customers. If you’re receiving government benefits such as universal credit, jobseeker’s allowance, employment and support allowance, disability allowance and personal independence payment, check to make sure you qualify for VOXI For Now.
Do I lose other VOXI benefits if I enter VOXI For Now?
As part of the offer, VOXI customers will also receive access to all the usual VOXI benefits, including ‘VOXI Drop’ and ‘Friends With Benefits’ for each month the plan is activated.

What does unlimited mean?
Unlimited means unlimited use in the UK. With Unlimited Social Media on all plans, you get unlimited use of these social apps and websites in the UK without eating your data: Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Facebook Messenger. Anything else you do online, such as browsing websites, sending emails and using maps comes out of your general data.
With Unlimited Music, you can stream your favourite music on the following music apps, without it eating into your data: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Napster, Deezer, TIDAL, Primordial radio.
With Unlimited Video plans, you can stream as much as you like on YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, My5 all without eating your data. Subscriptions to these services are not included.
To keep your Unlimited Social Media, Unlimited Music and Unlimited Video active, you must have some general data left. The same goes for any video or music passes you have. Making and receiving voice & video calls are not included on your Unlimited Social Media.

Can I tether with my VOXI plan and extras?
You can tether another phone, laptop or tablet to your phone and your unlimited social media will still apply when using those apps or websites on the other device. The same goes for the apps and websites included in your unlimited video and music passes.
Can I keep my number when I join VOXI?
You can bring your number after receiving VOXI SIM and activate account. You can find out how to port by going to Settings from your account.
If you are Vodafone customer:
On Pay as you go, you can bring your number without ordering a VOXI SIM card

How do I pay for VOXI?
Your VOXI plan is a simple online subscription – you just create an account and select a valid payment method. Payment will be taken every 30 days, when your chosen plan and extras refresh. You can opt out at any time.
How do I set up my phone for using data?
You'll need to update your settings.
- Connect to WiFi and text WEB to 40127 (free from your VOXI mobile).
- You'll receive a text to let you know your settings are on their way.
- You'll receive a second text containing the settings - simply follow the instructions and save the settings to complete the setup.
